About Me

As a Licensed Mental Health Professional Counselor,  I have worked with individuals, couples and families for over 20 years.  My private practice is based in Jupiter, Florida.

As a therapist, I have counseled clients in the following areas:  Grief and loss, Transitions, relationship issues, life coaching, parenting, women's issues, stress, career counseling, empowerment, family conflict, and anxiety and depression.

My approach is as an interactive, solution focused therapist.  I am always working with the client for them to find insight into their issues and find ways to effectively move towards solutions that work best for them.  These sessions are goal oriented with short and measurable tasks for the client to practice and achieve their tasks.  This is an ongoing process where the client can always reevaluate what's working and not working and reset new goals.  In these sessions, as your guide, I provide a highly personalized approach to help you move towards your goals.

The settings where I have practiced counseling have been:

                   --Private practice, women's center serving as a mental health counselor, grief and loss center, community service board dealing with mental  health crisis concerns and working for the federal government as a mental health outreach and support team member.
