Rates
$120 per session.
I am not an insurance provider. However, upon request, I will send you a Superbill or coded bill which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. You should call your insurance company to see if they will reimburse you for this type of billing.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Credit cards, cash and checks are accepted.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
